Material and range
Our self-service ware is made from food-contact-grade polycarbonate (PC) in line with the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry regulation on food-contact materials, registration no. TR-34-K-252889. Polycarbonate does not break, leaves no smell or taste in food, handles temperatures from -40 °C to +90 °C and is microwave safe.
The group includes compartment self-service trays (P600, P599), a nursery self-service tray that also comes in blue and pink, PC 17 and PC 19 plates, the PC 21 deep plate, the Joker bowl and square boat plates (P414, P417). For covered service, take a look at the PC lids in our Hospital Series.
Where it is used
A compartment tray brings the main course, side, salad and dessert together on one piece, which speeds up the service line and cuts down on washing. In school and nursery canteens, a plate that survives a child's drop is a real relief for both safety and budget. It is equally at home in hospital meal service for patients and staff, in hotel staff canteens and at contract caterers' serving points. The plates and bowls are a good fit for buffets, breakfast and meze service wherever glass or porcelain is a risk.
The right mix depends on how many meals you serve each day, how your menu is built and the capacity of your dish room. If you share your setting and daily cover count in your quote request, we will suggest suitable items and quantities.
Care and cleaning
Everything in this group is safe in industrial dishwashers. For hand washing, use a soft sponge and washing-up liquid, and avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scourers. To protect the surface, we recommend not cutting directly on the plate with a knife and never heating the items on a grill or open flame. Trays and plates stack neatly, taking up little room in the dish room and in storage, and can be recycled at the end of their life.

You will not find prices on our website: every quote is prepared for you based on the products, quantities and delivery details you need. Add the models you want to your quote basket with quantities and send the form, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will send your quote within 24 hours. Combine trays, plates and lids in one request for a single quote. Your logo can be applied to the products, and print details are agreed at the quote stage. Lead times depend on stock availability and are confirmed in your quote.
