Around the pool and on the beach, guests walk barefoot, and shards from a broken glass in the water or sand can cause serious injuries. That is why many venues restrict glass in these areas. Our polycarbonate glasses and jugs look as clear as glass but do not break when dropped, so you can still serve drinks in style at the pool bar.
Which products work best?
Plain and faceted tumblers suit water and soft drinks, frosted models are ideal for iced drinks, and cocktail, margarita and martini glasses cover the pool bar menu. Stemmed wine glasses and champagne flutes stand in for glass at evening events and in beach club service. Polycarbonate jugs handle water and lemonade, and an ice bucket keeps bottles cool.
Durability and cleaning
Our products are made from food-contact-grade polycarbonate in line with the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry regulation, registration no. TR-34-K-252889, and leave no smell or taste in drinks. They withstand -40 °C to +90 °C and are safe in industrial dishwashers. To keep them clear for longer, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scourers, and put them through the dishwasher after contact with sand or salt water.
For pool and beach venues working flat out all season, glasses that do not break also mean fewer replacements. They stack, too, saving space behind a compact bar.
