KVKK Privacy Notice

This privacy notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the personal data processed through the www.atlasplas.com.tr website and its associated communication channels.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Atlas Plastik Servis Ekipmanları San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the "Company") as data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity data: First and last name.
- Contact data: Phone number, email address, company name.
- Customer transaction data: Quote basket contents, product preferences, order quantities, your messages and requests, and the subject you wish to discuss.
- Image and file data: Logo and design files you upload for quotation purposes.
- Transaction security data: IP address, date and time of form submission, and the address of the page from which the form was submitted.
Our website has no membership system. Your quote basket and favorites list are stored only in your own browser and are not transmitted to our Company unless you submit a form.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Receiving and evaluating your quote, sample and information requests and responding to you,
- Fulfilling your callback request and recording preliminary discussions conducted via WhatsApp,
- Carrying out order, design approval, production, invoicing and shipping processes,
- Managing customer satisfaction, complaints and requests,
- Ensuring information security and preventing misuse and spam submissions,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from authorized institutions.
4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the quote basket, contact, quick quote, WhatsApp and callback forms on our website, as well as via email, phone and WhatsApp. Your data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK:
- Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quotation and order processes),
- Processing is necessary for the data controller to comply with its legal obligations (invoicing and record-keeping obligations),
- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (information security, request management).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to and in proportion with the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the suppliers that provide our website hosting and email services, to courier and logistics companies for shipping, to the accounting professionals we work with for financial obligations, and to legally authorized public institutions and organizations. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the information you share is transmitted through the servers of the WhatsApp service provider.
6. Retention Period
Quote and contact requests are retained for 2 years from the conclusion of the request; requests that turn into orders are retained for the periods required by applicable commercial and tax legislation. At the end of the period, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to any result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing to our address above, together with information verifying your identity, or by email to [email protected], in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
