In school and nursery canteens, dropped cups and plates are part of everyday life. When glass or porcelain breaks, children face a real risk of injury. Our polycarbonate glasses and self-service ware do not break when dropped, and they are light enough for children to carry their own trays and cups.
Choosing products for schools and nurseries
Compartment self-service trays bring the main course, side, salad and dessert together on one tray and keep the service line moving. Our nursery self-service tray also comes in blue and pink, which makes mealtimes a little brighter for younger children. Polycarbonate tumblers handle water and ayran, and ABS trays stand up to daily use on the canteen line.
Hygiene and cleaning
Our products are made from food-contact-grade materials in line with the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry regulation, registration no. TR-34-K-252889, and leave no smell or taste in food. Everything is safe in industrial dishwashers. Polycarbonate items are microwave safe and withstand -40 °C to +90 °C; the ABS trays handle -40 °C to +70 °C. For a long service life, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scourers.
School canteens serve a large number of pupils in a short window. Stackable trays can be kept ready at the start of the line and take up little room in the dish room and in storage. And because they do not break, you will need to replace far fewer items over the school year.
