How do I get a quote?
Add the products you are interested in to your quote basket with quantities and send the form, or message us on WhatsApp. Our team will get back to you with a tailored quote within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity depends on the product. Tell us the quantities you need in your quote request and we will set out the options that suit you in our quote.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times depend on stock availability and are stated in your quote.
What is polycarbonate and how is it different from glass?
Polycarbonate (PC) is a clear, glass-like material with high impact resistance. Unlike glass, it does not break, so it is a safe choice for hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools and poolsides where glass is a risk. Our products withstand -40 °C / +90 °C, are microwave safe and can be washed in industrial dishwashers.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
Yes. All our polycarbonate and ABS products are safe in industrial dishwashers. For a long service life, use ordinary detergent and a soft sponge rather than harsh chemicals or abrasive scourers.
Do you prepare special quotes for bulk orders?
Yes. Every quote is tailored to the products, quantities and delivery details you need. You can include several product groups and large quantities in a single request, and our quote will cover everything together.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Mention your sample request in the quote form or in your WhatsApp message. We will review it based on the product and stock availability and get back to you.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across Turkey. The shipping method and timing depend on your order quantity and delivery address and are stated in your quote.
Can you print our logo on the products?
Yes, your logo can be applied to the products. The items to be printed, quantities and other details are agreed with you at the quote stage.
Do the products stack?
Yes. Glasses, self-service trays, lids and serving trays stack neatly, saving space in the dish room, on the service line and in storage. Our products are also recyclable at the end of their life.
